Olaplex contains a patented active ingredient that works on a molecular level to seek out broken bonds in the hair that are cause by chemical, thermal and mechanical damage. THE OLAPLEX DIFFERENCE
Olaplex is a bond multiplier containing a single active ingredient, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate. Disulfide bonds are broken via chemical, thermal, and mechanical processes which lead to damaged hair. OLAPLEX works by finding |single sulfur hydrogen bonds and cross linking them back together to form disulfide bonds before, during and after services.
You can use OLAPLEX to restore all hair types, regardless of the damage it has. Chemical services are taken to a whole new level when OLAPLEX is added to them, creating hair that is in better condition after the service than before. All of the products in the OLAPLEX line are Sulfate Free, Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, Colour-Safe, Vegan and NEVER tested on animals!

No.1 Bond Multiplier - Beginning The Rebuilding
This is the first step of the in-salon professional OLAPLEX system which is used as an additive to avoid damage during chemical colour processing or used as a standalone treatment. This concentrated first step rebuilds broken disulfide bonds and begins the process of preventing damage and repairing hair
Olaplex is compatible with all colour lines and bleaches including powder, clay, cream and oil based. It’s important to note that the amount of Olaplex No.1 changes based on the amount of hair colour or bleach used and the application.
It is also used as the first step in the Stand-Alone Treatment where it is mixed with water to prevent damage by restoring and repairing the hair.
No.2 Bond Perfector - Pursuing Hair Perfection
The second step of the in-salon Olaplex system, No.2 Bond Perfector is applied to the hair at the backwash after all processing has developed and been rinsed.
It continues to rebuild and restore broken bonds that may have been missed by No.1 during the service, ensuring the strongest, shiniest, and healthiest hair possible.
